NET tram stops TheTrams.co.uk, NET ]]> ' #stop Station Street is the most substantial stop on the route, and the only one that could qualify as a station. It sits on part of the old Great Central Railway viaduct opposite Nottingham Midland station—before the closure of the Great Central, the viaduct continued over the Midland Railway's platforms. If the NET is extended as planned, a new viaduct will be built across the platforms. There are stairs and a lift to ground level, a waiting area with 'proper' seats and a footbridge which connects with the 'back entrance' to the railway station and its platform overbridge. Railway staff with portable ticket machines are now located here.
